After hours building service requests:

A field technician is always on call if you experience a building maintenance emergency. To page maintenance out call the Atlantic Works + Capewell Lofts phone number 860-244-2260 and follow the prompts to page maintenance out. Once they are paged, you will receive a call back by our on-call team member within 20 minutes to assist you.

 

Building service requests:

Service requests must be entered online by clicking the button on the top right corner. Anyone may enter a service request and you should expect most service requests to be completed within 48 hours. More complicated requests may take longer due to parts being ordered or scheduling of outside vendors. Once your request is completed a confirmation will be sent.

 

Lock outs:

Please note, for security reasons, our team is unable to assist with lockouts after hours for Atlantic Works tenants – you should contact your supervisor or a coworker for access or you may contact us during normal business hours.

 

Cleaning:

We are happy to provide basic cleaning services to our Atlantic Works tenants and you can generally expect the following regular services. Please contact us with any special requests for pricing.

Individual offices:

·      Vacuum weekly

·      Dust furniture and fixtures weekly

·      Empty trash and recycling bins daily (cardboard must be broken down)

Restrooms:

·      Clean floors and fixtures daily

·      Replace paper goods and soap daily

Common areas:

·      Vacuum weekly

·      Dust fixtures weekly

 

Snow storm policy:

The Atlantic Works and Capewell Lofts campus does have a snow storm parking policy in effect during the winter months that must be followed. You can find this policy HERE or posted at building entrances. Due to safety reasons, if you do not adhere to these guidelines your vehicle may be towed at your expense.

 

Power outages:

If the area experiences a power outage you can report or learn the status of the outage by going to www.eversource.com/customercare/ReportOutageand entering the Atlantic Works + Capewell Lofts phone number 860-244-2260. There will be multiple accounts listed under our phone number, but you may choose any one.

 

Fire alarm:

If the fire alarm goes off, all tenants must exit the building quickly and calmly to wait on the campus until the fire department directs otherwise. Scheduled testing is done throughout the year and notification of this will be sent when possible at least 48 hours prior.
